Billing Information
Fees & Payments
Our financial policy is that the portion we estimate your insurance will not cover should be paid on the day of service.
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. If
your child's treatment plan requires several visits, we can work with
you to establish special financial arrangements.
Insurance
We accept all dental insurances that will provide coverage for
patient's treatment, and submit the dental claims on your behalf. We
are not a network provider for most insurances. It really is important
for you to know and understand your coverage, so it is best to call and
ask your insurance company before you come to visit our office.
When you visit our office, please be sure to provide us with your
current dental insurance information. If you have two dental
insurances, knowing which is primary and which is secondary helps us to
submit the claims properly.
Dental insurance is intended to provide coverage for some, but not
all of your child's dental care. Any portion not paid by insurance is
your responsibility.
As of October 31, 2002, we are no longer accepting new patients on medical assistance or any state or federally funded programs.
