Dental Haven for Children & Teens is a Premier Provider for Delta Dental Insurance.
We also accept most other dental insurance policies and we will submit the dental claims on your behalf.
Dental insurance is intended to provide coverage for some, but not all of your child's dental care. Any portion not paid by insurance is your responsibility.
It is important for you to know and understand your coverage, so it is best to call and ask your insurance company before you come to visit our office.
When you visit, please be sure to provide us with your current dental insurance information. If you have more than one dental insurance policy, knowing which one is your primary policy and which is secondary, will help us submit your claim more efficiently.
As of October 31, 2002, we are no longer accepting new patients on medical assistance or any state or federally funded programs.

Fees & Payments
Our financial policy is that the portion we estimate your insurance will not cover should be paid on the day of service.
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Care Credit. If your child's treatment plan requires several visits, we can work with you to establish special financial arrangements.
